53 year old lady weighing 130 kg was complaining of gripping pain in both lower limbs while walking.
MRI revealed narrowing of the space available for the lumbar nerve roots at L4-5 level (Lumbar canal stenosis)
This was accompanied with slipping of L4 vertebra forward over L5 vertebra
